(李承憲校長在2001年6月15日舉辦的第一屆人性大會上發表了地球宣言。參加此次大會的除李承憲校長外，還有前美國副總統、諾貝爾和平獎獲得者阿爾.戈爾，前聯合國事務次長Morris Strong，普利策獎評委會主席Seymour Topping，世界人類學者Jean Huston，人權運動家Wyatt Tee Walker牧師等)
地球人宣言
- 我宣誓，我是與人類靈魂無法分離的一部分，是本質性的永遠的神聖的存在。
I declare that I am a spiritual being, an essential and eternal part of
the soul of humanity, one and indivisible. - 我宣誓，我是將保護地球上所有人的人權視爲自己的權利和自身安全的人。
I declare that I am a human being whose rights and security ultimately
depend on assuring the human rights of all people of Earth. - 我宣誓，我是具有爲地球上所有的生活共同體謀取利益意志的地球的子孫。
I declare that I am a child of the earth, with the will and awareness
to work for goals that benefit the entire community of life on earth. - 我宣誓，我是具有治療世界上存在的所有形態的分離和紛爭能力和使命意識的醫治者。
I declare that I am a healer, with the power and purpose to heal
the many forms of divisions and conflicts that exist on earth. - 我宣誓，我是具有自覺幫助地球恢復和諧和美麗職責的守護者。
I declare that I am a protector, with the knowledge and the responsibility
to help the earth recover her natural harmony and beauty. - 我宣誓，我是具有使所屬會社向好的方向發展的使命和能力的活動家。
I declare that I am an activist in service to the world, with the commitment
and the ability to make a positive difference in my society.
